We're now expanding our B2B division to bring Fourthwall's full-service merchandising and commerce capabilities to businesses, ad agencies, creative agencies, and corporations. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how the world's most recognizable brands think about custom merch.

About the role

As a Sr. Sales Executive on our B2B team, you'll own the full sales cycle for Fourthwall's merchandising services—from prospecting through close. Your targets are businesses, creative agencies, event agencies, and corporate buyers who need branded merchandise programs, custom product lines, employee swag, promotional campaigns, or end-to-end merch storefronts.

You'll be the connective tissue between Fourthwall's platform capabilities and the unique merchandising needs of each client. This means deeply understanding what we offer: custom branded apparel and accessories, promotional products, full-service storefronts, fulfillment, and creator commerce infrastructure—and translating that into solutions that win deals.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the full B2B sales cycle: prospect identification, outreach, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities across agencies, brands, and corporate buyers
  • Develop deep relationships with key decision-makers at advertising agencies, creative agencies, talent management firms, and corporate marketing teams
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations that articulate Fourthwall's value proposition for custom merch, branded storefronts, and fulfillment services
  • Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Creative teams to scope custom solutions and ensure successful delivery
  • Represent Fourthwall at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness in the B2B merch space
  • Provide market intelligence back to leadership (competitive landscape, pricing trends, and client feedback) to inform product and go-to-market strategy
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals
  • Deep expertise in the merchandise, promotional products, branded apparel, or adjacent commerce-services industry
  • Demonstrated success selling into creative agencies, event agencies, corporate marketing departments, or similar buyer personas
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from five to seven figures
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills. Someone that listens first, then crafts solutions tailored to each client's objectives
  • Strong presentation and proposal-writing abilities; comfortable pitching to C-suite and senior marketing leaders
  • Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action; comfortable building pipeline in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales-engagement platforms
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area; able to work a hybrid schedule from our LA office

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or platform company scaling a new B2B line of business
  • Existing relationships with agency holding companies (e.g., WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu) or major brand marketing teams
  • Background in e-commerce platforms, print-on-demand, or creator-economy businesses
  • Comfort with solution selling that spans physical products and digital commerce infrastructure
