Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Poznan, Poland. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques. They will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data and presenting insights in a clear and actionable manner to team leaders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop analytical solutions.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Design and create data visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Proactive in their approach to data analysis, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and take initiative to drive change.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling, data visualization and predictive analytics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Proficient in working with cloud-based data analytics tools such as BigQuery, DataStreams, and other similar platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Grafana, Mode, Tableau, Metabase, etc.
- Experience with GCP / AWS is a plus.
- Experience in ecommerce is a plus.
