Partner Manager
About Fourthwall
Fourthwall gives creators the freedom to do what they do best: create.
We're the engine behind the scenes, helping creators (YouTubers, streamers, podcasters, comedians, and anyone building an online audience) turn their ideas into income. From merch to hot sauce to subscription memberships and more, we make building a business as fun and creative as the content itself.
Our mission is simple: handle the hard stuff so creators can focus on making magic and connecting with their fans. That means no guesswork, no spreadsheets, no endless support tickets. Just powerful tools, thoughtful design, and a platform that works as hard as they do.
We put creators first in everything we do. If you're strategic, scrappy, and passionate about helping creators grow, you'll fit right in.
We're a remote-friendly team with roots in Los Angeles and Poznań, and a culture that values autonomy, collaboration, and momentum. You can check out how we work and what we care about here.
About the role
We're looking for a Partner Manager who isn't just good. They're a true force multiplier who moves the needle from day one. You'll work directly with top creators to help them launch better, sell smarter, and stay inspired. You'll be the bridge between vision and execution: part strategist, part operator, part brand whisperer.
This role is made for someone who can own high-profile relationships with confidence, navigate ambiguity with ease, and bring fresh ideas to the table, ideally someone who's been the best on their team before and is ready to do it again. If your superpower is making things work better than anyone imagined, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
- Own creator relationships. You'll be a go-to point of contact for top creators, managing launches, solving problems, and building long-term trust. Your relationships will drive retention, revenue, and platform love.
- Drive strategic growth. From pricing to product mix to launch cadence, you'll help creators make smarter decisions that grow their storefronts and deepen fan engagement.
- Collaborate across teams. You'll work closely with ops, design, support, and product to translate creator needs into action and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Lead with initiative. You won't wait for creators to come to you. You'll proactively pitch seasonal campaigns, new formats, and fresh product ideas that keep things exciting and on-brand.
- Know the numbers. You'll track performance closely, spot what's working (and what's not), and turn those insights into smarter strategies. Your data-backed recommendations will help creators unlock meaningful growth.
- Stay ahead of trends. You've got your eye on what's coming next and the instincts to turn broader trends into creator-ready ideas that actually sell.
- Move fast. You'll prioritize speed and clarity in every creator interaction, aiming for inbox zero, fast follow-ups, and a bias toward action that makes creators feel deeply supported.
What We're Looking For
- 3-7 years of experience in partner management, client success, talent/brand management, or influencer marketing
- Proven track record supporting high-profile or high-growth accounts in fast-moving environments
- Deep understanding of the creator economy and e-commerce landscape (or the hunger to ramp up fast)
- Self-starter energy with elite communication and relationship-building chops
- Quick learner with sharp instincts who absorbs information fast and doesn't need hand-holding
- Strategic thinker with an operational edge who can see the big picture and make it happen
- A team player who's collaborative but confident enough to run with ownership
Bonus Points If You…
- Have worked in merch, print-on-demand, or consumer product ops
- Have a track record in sports, music, podcasting, or another untapped creator vertical
- Have experience in talent representation, agency, or studio environments
- Are known for turning chaos into clarity and spreadsheets into stories
The Perks
- Competitive compensation package
- Equity stake in Fourthwall
- Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
- 401(k)
- Paid parental leave, including non-birthing parents
- Flexible PTO
- Work in a team of experienced experts and amazing people
- Top-of-the-line Apple equipment tailored to your requirements
- Dog-friendly office just one block from the beach 🐾
