Job Summary

We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial growth marketing leader with a strong track record of leveraging insights and diverse skill sets to help us achieve ambitious goals. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analytics, optimization, performance marketing, and experimentation, and be excited to excel in a fast-paced startup environment. Passion or interest in the creator economy is a must.

As our team’s first Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that includes customer acquisition and revenue growth. To start, you will be a team of one with full ownership over results and deliverables. You will report to the Head of Growth and partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of all growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel growth strategy that drives top-of-funnel awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, leveraging user data and insights to inform and iterate upon your approach
  • Launch Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and growth among our target creator segments
  • Build and nurture relationships with product, engineering, design, and marketing stakeholders to gather key inputs and buy-in needed to reach your goals
  • Collaborate with design and other team members to create effective social media campaigns, landing pages, and paid ads that grab creators' attention and effectively influence them to create accounts
  • Conduct experiments and analyze results to gauge the success of new strategies and determine next steps
  • Communicate clear insights to company leadership to inform top-level growth strategies

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field with scaling audiences 2.5x
  • Proven track record of owning and optimizing top line growth metrics (2.5x ARR, etc)
  • Prior experience starting performance marketing campaigns from scratch
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing a budget and optimizing spending for maximum ROI
  • Basic design skills and the ability to update a landing page or marketing asset
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Grafana, Mixpanel, or similar platform
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field
