Corporate Ops Manager
We're looking for a Swiss Army knife. A builder. A hustler.
Someone who gets it done - whatever it is.
Your job is to support and grow Fourthwall's growing corporate business: the gift boxes, the custom kits, the white-glove moments that keep our biggest clients obsessed with us. While a merch background is a plus, it's not required. What matters most is that you operate like a founder: scrappy, resourceful, and relentless. You move fast, work smart, and build systems as you go.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role. You'll be at the center of making things happen across clients, vendors, and internal teams. You'll navigate messy requests, shifting timelines, and last-minute fire drills with grace and still deliver something beautiful while building for scale.
We're not looking for someone from a CX team focused on support queues or NPS dashboards.
We need a builder—someone who thrives in ambiguity and owns outcomes end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Execute high-impact corporate orders - like sourcing and delivering 300 luxury gift boxes under a 3-week deadline.
- Solve broken supply or vendor issues on the fly - no waiting for permission or perfect process.
- Manage high-stakes client projects - the relationship is real. This isn't a support desk
- Own corporate workflows across teams - sales, sourcing, support, fulfillment; you're the glue.
- Build systems that scale - listings, tools, docs—whatever keeps us fast, accurate, and future-proof.
- Deliver under pressure - tight timelines, incomplete specs, high visibility; you've got it.
You Might Be a Fit If...
- You've got 5-7 years in a high-urgency ops, sourcing, or client delivery role (bonus: corporate merch, gifting, or custom product experience)
- You've executed complex fulfillment projects end-to-end. We're not moving tickets here
- You're a problem-solver by instinct and a builder by habit
- You have sky-high EQ and know how to make clients feel seen and cared for
- You communicate clearly, manage details like a pro, and never drop the ball
- You've worked at or with startups, and love the pace and ownership that comes with it

The salary range for this role is $90,000–$115,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location.
