About the role

As the VP, R, you will be responsible for the entire creator journey, from acquisition through servicing to retention, ensuring the ongoing success and fulfillment of both our clients and your team. You will be responsible for leading our established sales and partner management teams, focusing on bringing new creator business, developing and retaining existing relationships, as well as building our future marketing team. This role will report directly to the Fourthwall CEO, and will heavily collaborate with founders and executive leadership to establish go-forward strategy. 

You are an experienced senior leader with the ability to own strategy and execution across all growth and revenue functions and an established track record of delivering results. You are adaptable and flexible, with the ability to be honest and direct, and disagree and commit. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset and an ownership mentality, be agile and creative in your approach, and thrive in the face of a challenge. 

While we're all remote for the moment, we're looking for a candidate that is comfortable with a hybrid-office role (expected to be in office 2-3 days/week post COVID) in our Venice, California location.

What will you do

  • Lead, develop, and mentor two high-performing, client-facing teams in achieving key business goals

  • Develop a strategic growth roadmap that scales creator acquisition through a multi-channel strategy

  • Implement strategies and processes to increase efficiency and efficacy, as well as support our KPIs around existing creator growth and retention

  • Establish marketing strategy based on understanding of current performance, analyzing results and current trends, and studying industry and competitive landscape

  • Expertly manage resources and build efficient, cross-functional workflows to optimize team performance and support scale

  • Encourage your teams to innovate, elevate, and explore new ways to support our creators and build their businesses

What we expect

  • 10+ years experience in sales, marketing, business development

  • Proven track record of managing a highly successful sales team

  • Experience managing and executing on multiple initiatives and priorities, with the ability to be flexible and shift gears whenever necessary

  • Team-oriented disposition and superb leadership skills, with a demonstrated history of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent

  • Amazing analytical and problem-solving skills, able to use qualitative and quantitative data to set actionable goals 

  • A deep understanding of marketing strategies, technologies and best practices

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to think big-picture while remaining operations focused and providing thorough oversight of day to day execution
